Returns and Exchange Policies:

SecurityAlltheTime.com makes no warranties expressed or implied as to the merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose of any items ordered. It is the purchaser's sole responsibility to determine the merchantability or fitness of the item for purchaser's particular purpose as well as to ascertain and obey all applicable laws in regard to the possession and use of the products we offer. Absolutely no sales to minors. By placing an order, the buyer represents that all products purchased will be used in a lawful manner and that he/she is of legal age.

Damaged Merchandise: Please open and inspect your merchandise for physical damage within 24 hours of receipt. Any physical damages must be reported to SecurityallTheTime.com within 24 hours of delivery. If your item is damaged we will replace it with the same item at no charge. A call-tag will be issued through Fedex or UPS and emailed to you after a RMA # has been given to you. The call-tag should be placed on the outside of the box and taken to a Fedex or UPS location for return. All original packaging, manuals, and paperwork should be included with the item being returned (this includes all cables, receivers, cameras, etc). Please use the following RMA Request Form.

Exchanges: If the product you ordered is not what you wanted, you may exchange it, upgrade the product for a different one, or keep 100% store credit. You have 30 calendar days from receipt of order to return it for exchange for another item or store credit. The full price of the original purchase will be applied to the new order. Again, the returned item must be new, in perfect working condition, have all original items shipped, including all original packaging, paperwork, and manuals. Shipping and handling are not refundable. All return items for exchange must have a return authorization number (RMA#). Please use the following RMA Request Form.

Returns For No Reason At All: We have implemented the following policy because of the misuse of our former liberal return policy. A few unscrupulous people have ordered our products for specific short term uses and then returned the product in a condition that would not allow us to resell. We test all of our products before shipping. Your satisfaction is our number one concern.

If you receive an item and don't want it anymore then you MUST return it within 3 days of receipt in working condition and without defect. All returned and accepted items are subject to a restocking charge of 10% of the original purchase price. That said, if it looks as good coming back as it did when we sent it to you then we may wave the restocking fee at our discretion. Shipping and handling are not refundable. We will NOT accept returns without a return authorization number issued by our Returns Dept. Please use the following RMA Request Form.

All approved returns MUST contain all original packaging, paperwork and manuals, and in new condition, with the RMA # written on the outside of the box. Please include a note with your name, order number (if any), and the reason the item is being returned.

Please return products via UPS, FEDERAL EXPRESS, or US Mail, prepaid, insured, and obtain a tracking number for your protection. SecurityAllTheTime.com is not responsible for lost or stolen items. SecurityAllTheTime.com does NOT pay for or refund shipping and handling charges.

Any returns shipped to SecurityAllTheTime.com without a return authorization number CLEARLY marked on the outside of the shipping box will be refused.

If a return is accepted by SecurityAllTheTime.com from the shipper, and after inspecting and opening the packaging we realize that some items are damaged or missing, SecurityAllTheTime.com may return the package to the sender or bill your credit card for the missing items.

NO returns can be accepted on custom designed, made to order, close-out, or special order items.

PRODUCT WARRANTIES:

Most of our products carry a manufacturer's warranty up to 1 yr. Items requiring service, either warranty or otherwise, should be returned directly to the appropriate manufacturer. Please contact us using our RMA Request Form and we will assist you with obtaining the correct information.
