Shipping Information:How Do You Ship?We normally Ship UPS but also use FedEx, USPS and DHL depending on a variety of factors. When we update or ship an order you will receive an email updating you on the order status. Every order status email contains a URL that you can click on to view a page that displays the current status for that order.
Once the shipment has been picked up by the carrier, you will be able to find the exact location of your package from the order status page by clicking on the "Track" button. If we are shipping "Multiple Shipments" for your order, this information will be separate for each item.
Where will you ship?Currently we will only ship within the 48 contiguous United States (Customers in Alaska, American Somoa, Guam, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands can contact us for additional shipping rates).
Will you ship to an APO, FPO or P.O. Box?Possibly. We will ship to an APO, FPO or P.O. Box address via USPS at our discretion once the order is verified. Please allow additional time for processing.
What Do You Charge To Ship?Orders under $100 are charged a flat rate of $7.95. Orders $100 and over are shipped via Ground for Free.
We also offer 2nd Day for $25 and Next Business Day for $40.
Unfortunately Pepper Sprays cannot be shipped by Air. Please choose Ground Shipping for any Pepper Spray Orders.How long does it take to receive my order?Orders arriving after 12 p.m. EST Monday through Friday will usually ship the
next business day in
MOST cases with the
exception of hidden cameras which are built to order and may take 1-5 days to ship. Some larger orders may take an extra day or two to be processed prior to shipping.
Below is a chart to give you an idea of how long a shipment will take to arrive after it leaves our fulfillment center.
Keep in mind that these are estimated ship times from the date your item was shipped and not when it was ordered. If you order on a Friday after normal business hours then your item may not ship until the following Tuesday.
